As Project Manager for a Construction Management project, I was responsible for producing permit and multiple rounds of construction drawings, securing building permits, working closely with Building Code and Heritage consultants as well as municipal plans examiners on complex issues relating to Code requirements under Parts 3 and 11 of the OBC, as well as how to bring a Designated Heritage building up to modern accessibility and design standards while maintaining historically significant aspects of the original design.
